The company could not have been more helpful. They sent me a picture when the product had been made and id mentioned i wish i changed the wording slightly. They offered to make a new keyring with the wording, and whilst i said no, the offer was there which they didnt have to do.

Really helpful service , I didn't think the print I had would be clear enough, but the team took a little area and really defined the finger print, and sent me a sample pic before I ordered. Plus the necklace is lovely
